You could say it’s a whole ritual - whipping up a foam of bubbles, then adding a couple of drops of essential oils and relaxing salt crystals.
Taking salt baths is not only pleasant, it’s also beneficial.
Most people use regular sea salt for their baths. Yes, it’s certainly good for our body and health. But there are other types of salts that are rich in mineral composition and can be truly healing to us.

1. Epsom salt.
Great for weight loss. But what’s the secret? It removes excess fluid from the body, helps get to rid of redness and inflammation, and facilitates metabolic processes.
Epsom salt comes in either white crystalline powder form or large crystals. They are easily soluble in water and have a very bitter, salty taste. Epsom salt contains a large amount of magnesium and sulfur, which rejuvenates the body, relieves muscle tension, and improves the condition of skin, hair, and joints.

2. Pink Himalayan salt.
Taking a bath with pink salt stimulates the immune system, has a positive effect on the condition of skin, hair, and nails, and also actively supplies oxygen. Pink salt heals insect bites and wounds and is an excellent prevention of gynecological or skin diseases. It also helps relax the muscles and relieves spasms after workouts or training.

3. Dead Sea salt
Dead Sea salt contains 21 different minerals. This salt is a storehouse of magnesium and potassium. It effectively removes toxins, dead cells, and excess sebum from the skin.
There are many indicators that taking a bath with this type of salt could prove useful:
