Our process for commercial properties

  1. Determine property needs & provide an accurate quote
    We evaluate the current state of the tubs/sinks/shower bases that property owners/managers want to be restored and provide a quote that covers the work it will take to get to like-new conditions.
  2. Prepare the tub/sink/shower base
    We sand the surface, remove all rust, and seal any chips and cracks with a special compound. Once the compound has dried, we sand the surface again for a smooth, flawless finish.
  3. Prepare the project space
    We cover the floor, faucets, taps, and drains to protect them from the enamel. You can rest easy that your space will be left better than when we found it.
  4. Apply enamel
    We pour the liquid enamel on the surface of the entire bathtub/sink/shower base and distribute it evenly. The enamel dries and hardens in 24 hours. Your new tub is ready to use as soon as the next day!
